MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment and Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. [Docs. 53 , 76 .] Summary judgment is GRANTED in favor of St. Charles County on Counts II, IV, and VI and any claims of punitive damages against it in Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint. Summary Judgment is GRANTED in favor of Deputy Michael Anderson on Count III of Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint. Summary Judgm ent is DENIED as to Counts I, V, and VII of Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint against Deputy Michael Anderson. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a status conference to discuss scheduling a trial date on the remaining claims is set for July 11, 2019 at 11 :00 a.m. in the courtroom of the undersigned.
