Filing 77 OPINION, MEMORANDUM AND ORDER- IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement [Doc. No. 67 ] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, [Doc. No. 64 ] is DENIED as moot. IT I S FURTHER ORDERED that, in accordance with agreement, Defendants shall make a lump sum payment to Plaintiffs, in the amount of $15,000. This lump sum payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED t hat within seven (7) days of remitting the the payment, Defendants shall certify to the Court that such payment was made.
