MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - : IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to remand (Doc. 14 ) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is REMANDED to the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail to the clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis a certified copy of this Memorandum and Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees (Doc. 16 ) is GRANTED IN PART . Plaintiff is awarded attorney's fee against Defendant Outfield Brew House in the amount of $3,500. Outfield Brew House shall pay Plaintiff these fees within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.
