MEMORANDUM AND ORDER : IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Fred Royals motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs claims against Defendant Royal are dismissed. ECF No. 37. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Aarons, Inc.s motion to dismiss is GRANTED in part, and Plaintiffs MHRA claims against Defendant Aarons, Inc. are dismissed. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file a motion for leave to file an amended complaint, as set forth above, on or before June 4, 2018.
