Filing 11 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. # 2 ] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff shall pay an initial filing fee of $36.23 within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) that the re mittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall submit an amended complaint, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the instructions set forth in this Memorandum and Order, no later than thirt y (30) days from the date of this Memorandum and Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall mail to plaintiff two (2) blank forms for the filing of a prisoner civil rights complaint. Plaintiff may request additionalforms from the Cl erk, as needed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel [Doc. # 5 ] is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's request to supplement his complaint by interlineation is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED th at plaintiff's request for protective order [Doc. # 8 ] is DENIED at this time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for discovery and for subpoenas [Doc. #10] is DENIED as discovery has not yet commenced in this action. If plaintiff f ails to timely comply with this Order, the Court may dismiss this action, without prejudice and without further notice. Signed by District Judge Ronnie L. White on February 21, 2018.
