Filing 33 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 13 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant City of St. Louis, Missouri, its agents, servants, e mployees, and attorneys, and any persons acting in concert with Defendant, are enjoined from enforcing the employment and housing provisions of St. Louis City Ordinance 70459 against Our Ladys Inn to the extent inconsistent with the mission of Our Ladys Inn: Section Two (A); (B)(1) (first sentence), (2) (first sentence), (5); and (C)(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant City of St. Louis, Missouri, its agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and any persons acting in concert with Defendant, are enjoined from enforcing the following employment provisions of St. Louis City Ordinance 70459 against the Archdiocesan Elementary Schools of the Archdiocese of St. Louis: Section Two (A); (B)(1) ( first sentence), (2) (first sentence), (5). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant City of St. Louis, Missouri, its agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and any persons acting in concert with Defendant, are enjoined from enforcing the followi ng provisions of the St. Louis City Ordinance 70459 against Frank Robert O'Brien, Jr. and O'Brien Industrial Holdings, LLC, to the extent those provisions require them to provide health insurance benefits covering abortions, contracepti on, and sterilization to its employees: Section Two (A); (B)(1) (first sentence), (2) (first sentence), (5). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City of St. Louis cross-motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, in accordance with this Opinion. ECF No. 20 .
