IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner Suare z's Motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody 1 is DENIED, with prejudice. Finding the petition, files, and record of this case refute each of Suarez's claims, this Court holds no evidentiary hearing is required.
