Filing 12 OPINION, MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to reopen this matter [ECF No. 12 ] is DENIED as his claims are barred by the doctrine of Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477, 486-87 (1994). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that th is case will remain ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending final disposition of the criminal charges against plaintiff and may only be reopened if plaintiff is successful in overturning his convictions. Russell, Case No.14SL-CR10130-01 (21st Judicial Circuit, St. Louis County Court). This case may be reopened by plaintiff's filing of a motion to reopen the case after such final disposition.
