Filing 13 OPINION MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is HELD IN ABEYANCE. [ECF No. 1]IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs claims against defendants Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, Astrazeneca LP , Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Proctor & Gamble Co. are DISMISSED without prejudice to being refiled as fully-paid claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g).IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs claims against defendants ABC Corporations 1-10, John Does 1-10, Jane Does 1-10, Corizon LLC, Corizon John Does 1-3, and Corizon Jane Does 1-3 are DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B).IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to mail to plaintiff a copy of the Courts prisoner civil rights complaint form. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff seeks to file an action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against his medical care providers, he shall submit an amended complaint on the court-provided form a s set out above within twenty-one (21) days. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff does not file an amended complaint as set out above, this action will be dismissed without prejudice.An Order of Partial Dismissal will accompany this Opinion, Memorandum and Order.
