ECF No. 18 . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED and shall be deemed closed administratively, for statistical purposes only, pending a resolution of the arbitration. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appointment of Mark C. Milton as pro bono counsel for Plaintiff shall continue through the arbitration process. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report within 14 days of a decision regarding the outcome of the arbitration proceedings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall change the name of the Defendant in the case caption and docket sheet to Burlington Coat Factory of Missouri, LLC..
