IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff must pay an initial filing fee of $1.00 within thirty (3 0) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to Clerk, United States District Court, and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) that the remit tance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all proceedings in this case are STAYED pending final disposition of the criminal charges pending against plaintiff in United States v. Perkins, No. 4:17-CR-474 SNLJ/NCC (E.D. Mo.). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall notify the Court in writing concerning the final disposition of the criminal charges pending against him in United States v. Perkins, No. 4:17-CR-474 SNLJ/NCC (E.D. Mo.). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this cas e is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending final disposition of the criminal charges against plaintiff, and may be reopened by plaintiff's filing of a motion to reopen the case after such final disposition. December 28, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 3 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Plaintiff, a prisoner, moves for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this civil action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b), plaintiff is required to submit a certified copy of his prison trust account statement for the six-month period before the filing of the complaint. He has not done so. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, plaintiff must submit a copy of his prison trust account statement for the six-month period before the filing of the complaint.
