IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED and the Court shall retain jurisdiction pending arbitration of Plaintiff's claims. The parties shall submit a joint report updating the Court on the status of the case e very six (6) months. Defendant Jeannine Unwin shall submit a notice to the Court within ten (10) days of the conclusion of arbitration.
