Brown. Service shall be effectuated at the addresses provided by defense co unsel in the Response to the Courts Order dated October 12, 2018. [ECF No. 16 ] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that because Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis in this action, service shall be effectuated by the United States Marshals Office through summons, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the summons and the return of summons shall be filed under seal and will not be served upon Plaintiff, as these documents will contain Defendants last known home addresses. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on behalf of the two defendants who are still employed by the City of St. Louis, counsel shall respond to the waiver of service letter dated July 24, 2018 within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Memorandum and Order. July 24, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 8 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. [ECF No. 2 ]IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff shall pay an initial filing fee of $30.93 within thirty (30) days of the date of t his Order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint, pursuant to the service agreement the Court maintains with the City Counselor's Office as to defendants Cur tis Anthony Ford, Andrew Michael Brown, Timothy Nolan, and Ellis C.
