MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: #7 MOTION for Sanctions filed by Plaintiff Hosea L. Robinson, Sr. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for sanctions [Doc. #7] is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Courts August 14, 2018 Memorandum and Order, plaintiff is required to file an amended complaint, on a court-provided form, in this action no later than September 4, 2018.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no later than September 4, 2018, plaintiff must either pay the $400 filing fee or submit a motion to proceed in forma pauperis.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff files a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, he must also file a certified copy of his prison account statement for the six-month period preceding the filing of the complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff fails to comply with this Memorandum and Order, the Court will dismiss this action without prejudice. (Amended/Supplemental Pleadings due by 9/4/2018.)
