Based on the consent to remand filed by defendant #11 and in accordance with the stipulation filed by plaintiff [10-2], IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for remand #10 is granted, and this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri under 28 U.S.C. 1447(c) and (d). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff cannot seek and will not ask for or accept an amount in damages in excess of $75,000, exclusive of interests and costs, for her claims against Progressive Casualty Insurance Company as alleged in this case, and plaintiff acknowledges that this Order is binding upon her and cannot be rescinded or revoked under any circumstances regardless of any development which may occur during the investigation, discovery, pre-trial or trial of this action.
