Filing 64 ORDER REINSTATING STAY OF CONDITIONAL TRANSFER ORDER regarding multidistrict litigation by Clerk of the Panel. On December 18, 2018, the Panel filed in this docket a conditional transfer order pertaining to this action (McConnell). On December 26, 2018, plaintiffs in McConnell filed a notice of opposition to the proposed transfer. Due to administrative error, that notice was overlooked. Thestay of transmittal with regard to McConnell was lifted on December 27, 2018, and the action was transferred to the District of New Jersey. These circumstances justify reinstatement of the conditional transfer order in order to permit plaintiffs to pursue their opposition to transfer. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the stay of the Panels conditional transfer order designated as CTO-120 filed on December 18, 2018, is REINSTATED insofar as it relates to this action. (DLB) |
