It is further ORDERED that a copy of this Order, together with the Petition and its Exhibits, be personally served on respondent or before October 12, 2018. It is further ORDERED that within 5 days of service of copies of this Order, the Petition and its Exhibits, respondent shall file and serve on petitioner a written response to the Petition.
