Shocker, appear before the undersigned, in Courtroom No. 12S, of the Thomas Eagleton U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102, on February 28, 2019 at 3:00 P.M., to show cause why he should not be compelled to comply with the Internal Revenue Service summons served on him on July 12, 2018. It is further ORDERED that a copy of this Amended Order to Show Cause, together with the Petition and its Exhibits, be personally served on respondent on or before Friday, February 8, 2019. It is further ORDERED that within five days of service of copies of this Amended Order, the Petition and its Exhibits, respondent shall file and serve on petitioner a written response to the Petition. It is further ORDERED that Revenue Officer Elaine A. Mays or her delegate is especially appointed to serve a copy of this Amended Order, the Petition and its Exhibits attached thereto on respondent. ORDER : IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioners motion for an extension of time to serve Respondent is GRANTED. ECF No. #3 . The deadline by which Petitioner shall serve Respondent, as set forth in the Courts Order to Show Cause (ECF No. #2 ), is extended until 14 days after restoration of appropriations to the Department of Justice and the Internal Revenue Service. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file a notice with the Court advising of when appropriations are restored such that service may be made in accordance with this Order and the Order to Show Cause. Petitioner shall attach to such notice a proposed Amended Order to Show Cause by which the Court may set a new hearing date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing previously set for February 1, 2019 is CANCELED, to be reset if appropriate at a later date, as set forth above.. Signed by District Judge Audrey G.
