MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. #2] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs claims against the individual defendants Jake Dillon and Tom Green are DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Memorandum and Order to substitute the name of her employer as the proper defendant in this action. She shall do so by filing an amended complaint on a court-provided form against her former employer. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall provide plaintiff with a form complaint for filing employment discrimination claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court will hold the dismissal of the individual defendants in abeyance pending plaintiffs substitution of the real party in interest, for the next thirty (30) days. #2 Saxon ( Response to Court due by 7/20/2019.)
