ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent Dennis E. Hoffman, Jr., president, DEH Jewelers, Inc., appear before the undersigned in Courtroom12S of the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63102, on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 11:30 A.M., to show cause why he should not be compelled to comply with the Internal Revenue Service summons served on him on April 26, 2019. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order, together with the Petition and its Exhibits, be personally served on Respondent on or before August 30, 2019. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within 5 days of service of copies of this Order, the Petition and its Exhibits, Respondent shall file and serve on Petitioner a written response to the Petition.
