ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order, plaintiff shall either pay the $400 filing fee, or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, if plaintiff files a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, he must also submit a certified copy of his prison account statement for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall mail to plaintiff a copy of the Courts prisoner motion to proceed in forma pauperis form. Plaintiffs failure to timely comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action, without prejudice and without further notice. (Response to Court due by 2/26/2020.).
