ORDER. On June 26, 2020, the Court heard oral argument on Plaintiff DeWitt Insurance, Inc.'s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order #7 . DeWitt's counsel and Caren Morrell presented argument. DeWitt's counsel relayed to the Court Foremost Insurance Company's position that the contract between DeWitt and Foremost includes an arbitration clause. For the reasons stated on the record, including DeWitt's unlikelihood of success on the merits and failure to establish the threat of irreparable harm, the Court denies the Motion #7 .
