ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than April 30, 2021, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint that alleges jurisdictional facts concerning: (1) the state or foreign country of which its member-underwriters is a citizen, including the state or foreign country of principal place of business for corporate member-underwriters, and the state or foreign country of citizenship of all members of any LLC or partnership member-underwriter; and (2) the state of citizenship of each member of Defendant C&S Properties, LLC, including the state of principal place of business for corporate members, and the state of citizenship of all members of any LLC or partnership members.
