July 28, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, within fourteen days after the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file an amended motion for sealing, along with supporting documentation, that complies with the present requirements of Local Rule 13.05. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the three-day requirement for Plaintiff to comply with Local Rule 13.05(A)(4)(c) is extended so that Plaintiff must, within three days after serving Defendant with a copy of Plaintiffs amended motion for sealing, comply with Local Rule 13.05(A)(4)(c) regarding the filing of a redacted copy of the material subject to the amended motion for sealing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, no later than seven days after Defendant files an entry of appearance or response to the complaint, Plaintiff shall: (1) serve Defendant with a copy of Plaintiff's amended motion for sealing, (2) serve Defendant with a copy of this Order, and (3) file of record a certificate of such service. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the seven-day filing deadlines for responding to and replying in support of Plaintiff's amended motion for sealing, see Local Rule 13.05(A)(4)(d) and Local Rule 13.05(A)(4)(e), shall run from the date Plaintiff serves Defendant with a copy of Plaintiff's amended motion for sealing.
