Docket Text ORDER: The Court observes that the ninety-day deadline for service-of-process does not apply to service in a foreign country. See Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 4(m). The Court orders that Plaintiff must file either (1) proof of service of summons and complaint on LG Chem, Ltd. or (2) a report on the status of that service and a request for a reasonable amount of time to serve Defendant LG Chem, Ltd., no later than December 22, 2021. The Court further orders that Plaintiff make diligent efforts to effect service on LG Chem, Ltd. The Court denies Plaintiff's #12 Motion for Extension of Time without prejudice.
