On December 16, 2021, the Court entered a Case Management Order (CMO) [ECF No. 4] setting forth time periods in which the parties must file material stating their positions on the issues presented by Petitioners petition for habeas relief. The first period provides Respondent forty-five (45) days from the date of the CMO to show cause why the relief requested in the petition should not be granted. Because the Court granted Petitioner's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Petition within Sixty Days [ECF No. 3], and to provide Respondent a full forty-five days in which to respond, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadlines set forth in the CMO [ECF No. 4] shall run from the date Petitioner files his amended petition.
