Because the Court granted Petitioner's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Petition within Sixty Days [ECF No. 3], and to provide Respondent a full forty-five days in which to respond, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadlines set forth in the CMO [ECF No. 4] shall run from the date Petitioner files his amended petition.
