April 26, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 20 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioners Application for an Ex Parte Order of Judicial Assistance Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782 is GRANTED. Petitioners are authorized to take discovery from The Crawford Group, Inc. (Respond ent), an entity found in this District, by issuing a subpoena seeking the production of documents and a deposition in the form attached to the Application as Exhibit 1 (the Subpoena). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall promptly meet and confer in good faith pursuant to Local Rule 3.04 to narrow the scope of the discovery sought, as set forth above. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, until further Order by this Court, Respondent shall preserve all documents, electronic or otherwise, and any evidence in its possession, custody or control that contain information potentially relevant to the subject matter of the foreign proceeding at issue in the Application. Signed by District Judge Audrey G. Fleissig on 4/26/2021. (JMP)
