Corley has failed to comply with the Court's order dated March 1, 2022, requiring him to sign his petition for writ of habeas corpus in compliance with Rule 2(c)(5) of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts. Doc. 3; see also Fed. R. Civ. P.11 (directing a district court to "strike an unsigned paper unless the omission is promptlycorrected after being called to the... partys attention"). Accordingly, the Court dismisses without prejudice Corley's #1 petition for failure to comply with the Court's order. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
