ORDER. This matter is before the court on its own motion. On May 2, 2022, this case was transferred in from the Eastern District of Kentucky and randomly assigned to the undersigned Magistrate Judge. The court has been made aware that a related case involving the same parties as the present case is currently pending before District Judge Jean C. Hamilton. See USAA Casualty Insurance Company v. Michael Scobee, et al., Case No. 4:21-cv-00779-JCH, Doc. 71, Notice Regarding Filing in Related Matter. Additionally, the parties have not consented to the jurisdiction of a Magistrate Judge.
