September 9, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 22 Docket Text ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, Doc. #19 , is GRANTED, and attorneys Richard A. Voytas Jr. and David A. Weber of Voytas Law, LLC, are hereby granted leave to withdraw as Plaintiff's counsel. As discussed at today's Status Conference, because Plaintiff is a corporation, it may appear in federal court[] only through licensed counsel, Rowland v. Cal. Mens Colony, 506 U.S. 194, 201-02 (1993). A representative of Plaintiff confirmed his understanding of that requirement on the record. In order for Plaintiff to obtain new counsel, and without objection from Defendant, this case will be STAYED pending entry of new counsel for Plaintiff. If new counsel has not entered on behalf of Plaintiff within sixty (60) days of entry of this Order, this case will be dismissed without prejudice. If new counsel does enter on behalf of Plaintiff, Defendant will have thirty (30) days from the date of entry to file a responsive pleading or motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12., (Attorney Richard A.
