MEMORANDUM AND ORDER OF REMAND... This case was removed from state court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction by defendant Cincinnati Insurance Company on December 19, 2022. After Cincinnati filed its answer, plaintiffs timely amended their complaint as a matter of course in accordance with Rule 15(a)(1)(B) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to join two additional non-diverse defendants. ECF 11. Accordingly, the Court will remand the action to state court under 28 U.S.C. 1447(e). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, Missouri.
