February 16, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the parties' #4 Stipulation to Submit Case to Arbitration and Joint Motion for Stay Pending Outcome of Arbitration. Having considered the motion, and noting that the parties agree that the matter is subject to arbitration, the Court grants the motion and stays the case pending arbitration. See 9 U.S.C. 3 (stating district courts "shall... stay the trial of the action until such arbitration has been had in accordance with the terms of the agreement"). The parties must provide a joint status report regarding the progress of arbitration proceedings no later than April 17, 2023 and must also submit a notice updating the Court no later than 10 days following the conclusion of arbitration proceedings. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to administratively close this case. The parties must continue to comply with all orders of the Court, provide status updates to the Court, and promptly notify the Court of any development that may affect the stay of this case.
