IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Consent Permanent Injunction Award entered by Arbitrator Bernice Leber on November 19, 2021 in the proceeding styled EPSI Parent, Inc. and Electric Power Systems International, Inc. v. Edward Nahm, American Arbitration Association Case No. 01-21-0004-8454 (Doc. #7 at 47-50), is incorporated herein by reference and CONFIRMED in its entirety. JUDGMENT is hereby entered in accordance with the Consent Permanent Injunction Award.
