ORDER: IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that, in accordance with the automatic stay provision of 11 U.S.C. 362(a), all proceedings in this action with respect to Defendant Corizon Health, Inc. a/k/a Corizon, LLC, n/k/a Tehum Care Services, Inc. are stayed pending completion of the bankruptcy case or further order of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Corizon shall, no later than May 17, 2023, and every three months thereafter, file a status report on the bankruptcy proceedings and make an appropriate motion as to the extension, modification, or lifting of the stay.
