IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's "Petition for Joint-Party to Make (A) : Defendant" construed as a motion to amend his complaint to add parties to this action [ECF No. #5 ] is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall show cause in writing, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
