ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, Doc. #12 , is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time is granted in that Plaintiff shall have through Thursday, August 03, 2023, to file any response in opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, Doc. #9 . If Plaintiff fails to oppose Defendants' Motion by this date, the Court will grant Defendants' unopposed Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time is denied in that Plaintiff shall have the usual time to file any motion to remand this case on the basis of any defect other than lack of subject matter jurisdiction. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal, Doc. #12 , is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to limit access to Document 12-1 to case participants only. Future Motions for Leave to File Under Seal must comply with Local Rule 13.05. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint, Doc. #13 , is DENIED. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(B).
