Filing 11 ORDER OF REMAND: Because Monitronics failed to provide any evidence whatsoever after the Court questioned Monitronics' amount-in-controversy allegation, the Court concludes that it lacks subject-matter jurisdiction and remands this case to the St. Louis County Circuit Court. See Dart Cherokee, 574 U.S. at 89; 28 U.S.C. 1446(c)(2)(B).
