Huskey must do one or the other. Accordingly, the Court orders Huskey to either pay the required $5 filing fee or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis within 21 days of the date of this Order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to mail Huskey a copy of the Court's form Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and Affidavit in Support Habeas Cases. If Huskey fails to timely comply with this Order, the Court may dismiss this action without prejudice and without further notice. (Response to Court due by 11/13/2023.)
