MINUTE ORDER granting Defendants' #6 Consent Motion to Transfer and Extend. Defendants propose to transfer this case to the Eastern District of Missouri, and Plaintiff consents to this request. Under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), "[f]or the convenience of parties and witnesses, in the interest of justice, a district court may transfer any civil action to any other district or division where it might have been brought or to any district or division to which all parties have consented." Here, Defendants have requested transfer to the Eastern District of Missouri, which is where Plaintiff resides. Therefore, by consent of the parties and in the interest of justice, it is hereby ORDERED that the case shall be transferred. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer the case to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. It is further ORDERED that Defendants' time to respond to the complaint is extended until 21 days after this action is docketed in the transferee district. Signed by Judge Timothy J.
