ORDER: The Court discharges its show-cause order and grants Medders-Carpenter's #20 Motion for Leave to File Response to Motion to Dismiss Out of Time. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to detach doc. [20-1] and file it separately on the docket. Defendants may file a reply within the time frame permitted by Local Rule 4.01. Medders-Carpenter also filed a motion to stay this case "other than for further briefing related to [her] Motion to Remand, while [her] Motion to Remand is considered." Doc. #22 at 9.
