ORDER: Accordingly, the Court denies, without prejudice, Pierson's #3 motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Pierson must, no later than June 22, 2026, either (i) pay the full $405 filing fee or (ii) file an in forma pauperis application on the Court-provided form along with the certified inmate-account statement required by section 1915(a)(2). The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send Pierson three copies of this Order so that Pierson may provide copies to the appropriate jail officials to assist him in obtaining a certified copy of his account statement. The Court further directs the Clerk of Court to mail Pierson the Court's standard application to proceed in district court without prepaying fees or costs. The Court denies, without prejudice, Pierson's #2 Motion for Appointment of Counsel and Affidavit in Support. Finally, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to dismiss the following Plaintiffs from this action: Kimberly Pierson, Timothy Pierson, Brandon Pierson and J.M. (Response to Court due by 6/22/2026.)
