Docket Text ORDER: Upon review of the parties' second Joint Scheduling Plan, Doc. 17, the Court VACATES the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference set for August 5, 2026. Previously, the Court order the parties to "submit a revised JSP that is consistent with the Track 2 assignment." Doc. 16. But their revised proposal still fails to comply with these requirements. See Doc. 14 at 2 (requiring "[d]isposition w/in 18 month of filing" and providing "180-240 days from Rule 16 Conf for discovery/dispositive motions"). Accordingly, the Court orders the parties to file a revised JSP no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2026. So long as the revised JSP is consistent with the track assignment, the Court resets the Rule 16 Conference to Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Signed by District Judge Zachary M.
