July 27, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 19 Docket Text RULE 16 ORDER: A scheduling conference under Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is set for August 13, 2026, at 10:30am via Zoom conference. Participants shall use Meeting ID: 160 803 6975 and Password: 933837 to connect. The Court strongly prefers participants keep their cameras on, but participants may connect via phone at 1-669-254-5252 if needed. Under Local Rule 13.02, all means of photographing, recording, broadcasting, and televising are prohibited in any courtroom and in areas adjacent to any courtroom unless authorized by the presiding judge.
