Docket Text ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Temporary Restraining Order, Doc. #14 , Motion for Sanctions, Doc. #15 , and Motion to Shorten Time for Notice of Hearing, Doc. #16 , are ORDERED DENIED without prejudice. In order to be considered by this Court, any motion previously filed in state court must be refiled in compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules of this District, with accompanying supporting memoranda citing to relevant federal caselaw and rules. The TRO entered by the state court expires at the end of the day on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, unless extended upon consideration of a properly filed motion with this Court.
