IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's Fourteenth Amen dment due process claim is DISMISSED with prejudice and without leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment equal protection claim is DISMISSED with prejudice and without leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED th at plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Plaintiff will have 30 days from the date this Order is entered to file amended complaint. Planintiff shall clearly title the amended complaint as directed in Order. Clerk shall send to plaintiff a blank section 1983 civil rights complaint form with instructions along with one copy of the original complaint.
