ORDER Granting 4 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Chief of Inmate Services for the Nevada Department of Corrections. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's Fourteenth Amen dment due process claim is DISMISSED with prejudice and without leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment equal protection claim is DISMISSED with prejudice and without leave to amend. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED th at plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Plaintiff will have 30 days from the date this Order is entered to file amended complaint. Planintiff shall clearly title the amended complaint as directed in Order. Clerk shall send to plaintiff a blank section 1983 civil rights complaint form with instructions along with one copy of the original complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that 3 plaintiff's Motion to Combine two 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 filings IS DENIED. Signed by Judge James C. Mahan on 8/26/10.
