SCREENING ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Flynn's Eighth Amendment, ADA, and RA claims may proceed against Dr. Bryan, James Dzurenda, Brian Williams, and Romeo Aranas, and may proceed against Dr. Jane Doe once Flynn learns her identity and moves to substitute her true name. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to FILE #1 -1 the complaint and electronically serve a copy of it, along with a copy of this order, and #2 Flynn's motion for preliminary injunction on the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Nevada, by adding the Attorney General of the State of Nevada to the docket sheet. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is STAYED for 90 days. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants must file a response to #2 Flynn's motion for preliminary injunction by 6/26/19.
