The Court makes preliminary statements and hears representations from the parties regarding #1 Motion for Preliminary Injunction.For the reasons stated on the record, IT IS ORDERED that a decision on the #1 Motion for Preliminary Injunction is deferred pending Plaintiffs next scheduled appointment with the HDSP dentist on March 16, 2020.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that during Plaintiff's next visit, Plaintiff shall receive a full evaluation of his teeth. A supplemental report shall be prepared for the Court that includes a diagnosis of all of Plaintiff's dental issues, a summary of any prior treatment received by Plaintiff, recommended course of treatment, and anticipated timeframe for the treatment. The Interested Party shall file with the Court a copy under seal of the supplemental report by March 23, 2020. The Interested Party shall also give a copy of the report to Plaintiff. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that #7 Motion for Leave to File Under Seal is granted nunc pro tunc. Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendants Opposition to Preliminary Injunction is filed in Open Court. In light of #1 Motion for Preliminary Injunction, IT IS ORDERED that Defendant Nevada Department of Corrections file a special appearance for the purpose of responding to the motion.
