SCREENING ORDER - A decision of ECF Nos. #1 -1 IFP application is deferred. Claims will proceed, or are dismissed as detailed herein. Defendants Sonja Carillo, Benjamin Guttierrez, Wilson Bernalis, Joe Lombardo, and Julie Williams are dismissed without prejudice and with leave to amend. All personal-capacity claims against Defendant James Dzurenda are dismissed without prejudice and with leave to amend, leaving only official-capacity claims for prospective injunctive relief pending against him. This action is stayed 90 days to allow parties to settle. 90-day report due by 11/26/2023. If case does not settle, Plaintiff will be required to pay the full filing fee. AG shall advise within 21 days of the date of the entry of this order (9/18/2023) re acceptance of service for the purpose of participation in the Mediation Program.
