IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner must be released from detention in 48 hours subject to the conditions of his prior order of supervision. See 8 U.S.C. 1231(a)(3). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file a Joint Status Report no later than January 26, 2026, to certify compliance with the Court's order. SERVICE AND APPOINTMENT ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that the #1 IFP Motion is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada is appointed to represent Rozi and is directed to file a notice of appearance (or indicate its inability to represent Rozi) within 7 days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the Federal Public Defender files a notice of appearance in this matter, it will then have 14 days to file an Amended Petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court: 1. FILE the #1 - Petition. 2. DELIVER a copy of the #1 -1 Petition and this Order to the U.S. Marshal for service, as detailed below. 3. ADD the United States Attorney for the District of Nevada and John Mattos, the Warden of Nevada Southern Detention Center, to the docket as Interested Parties. 4.
